In line with the Spanish custom of using the mother's patronymic as well as the father's in formal contexts, Franco's full name is usually given as Francisco Franco Bahamonde.
According to Wikipedia, he was actually baptised with the forenames Francisco Paulino Hermenegildo Teódulo – Francisco for his paternal grandfather, Paulino for his godfather, Hermenegildo for his maternal grandmother and godmother, and Teódulo for the saint day of his birth.
